Karina Leal is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. She was born in Rio de Janeiro Brazil and raised by both her mother and grandmother. Karina's grandmother opened her first real estate company in Brazil in the 60's when she started with a home business, expanding it then to offices in Rio de Janeiro and Vitoria, Espirito Santo.
When Karina was born, in the 70's, her grandmother's real estate business was already well established and her family well known for their hard work, honesty and focus on their clients and customers needs.
Karina grew up with a great admiration to her family's business and hard work, and since a little girl, wanted to grow fast to be allowed to work in the real estaet office.
While Karina was in college, she got her first job in the retail business. Her family soon noticed by her dedication and sucess that she was ready to join them and invited her to join the family real estate business in Vitoria Espirito Santo.
Karina managed her grandmother's real estate company in Brazil from 1994 until 2000, when she moved to Florida USA, to soon after open her own real estate company, Leal USA Realty.

General Manager – Effectively managed a staff of twenty in all functions. Selected and hired future employees. Delegated workload assignments, responsible for staff development, and performance evaluations. Duties included creation of company's marketing materials (as interactive kiosk, brochure and sell sheets) and promotional releases for magazines, newspaper and television. Developed and updated the Website. Accomplishments: Helped the business to grow, bringing the Real Estate Company from 200 to 750 administrated properties within one year.
